Terms of Service

This page is pending final legal review. The binding version will be published before launch.

Credits

Credits are required to generate videos. Each completed video generation uses 399 credits under our billing and refund policy. Sponsored (free) credits are offered subject to availability, eligibility and fair-use checks, may vary in amount, never exceed 9,000 credits per request, and have no cash value.

Subscriptions & downloads

Subscriptions ($24.95/month or $199/year) are billed through the App Store or Google Play and unlock unbranded downloads while active. Subscriptions do not bypass credit requirements. Without a subscription, videos include Chew branding; individual unbranded downloads are $1.99 each.

Your content & likeness

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only use your own likeness or one you have permission to use. Don't use the service to create misleading, harmful or infringing content.
